Radio Redhill is announced Station of the Year at the 2005 Hospital Radio Awards in Belfast. As well as taking the top award for the first time, we also brought home two silver awards. Our outside broadcast from the South of England show last year, won the silver in the special event category. Irwyn Davies’s interview with ITV Newscaster Nicholas Owen won the second silver in the Best Speech Package award.
